How do I track my order?

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email from the United States Postal Service (USPS) enclosed with a tracking number to track your order. It is very important that you track your purchase.

When can I expect my shipment to arrive?

Monitor your tracking closely. USPS typically gives a good estimate of the tracking.

For Domestic Orders (Estimate)

USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 Business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-2 Business days

USPS Priority+Rush: 1 Business Days

Where do we ship?

We ship packages all over the world. 

Where is my order?
My order says delivered but it's not here?! Oh no!!!! This is not something Sew Imperative wants for our customers. It is important we follow these steps: 

1. Notify Sew Imperative immediately of the shipping concern.

2. Contact your local Post Office. 

3. Keep all documents such as screenshots of the package tracking information so we can build a case.

**Please note Sew Imperative reserves the rights to determine what will be done depending on the tracking status**

4. File a claim and submit this info to Hello@SewImperative.com so we can assist. 

I put in in the wrong shipping address at checkout?!

Contact us immediately at Hello@SewImperative.com with the correct address. Please allow us to confirm we received the request. If your purchase on the tracking says it was "returned to sender" because you input the wrong info please note you will have two options: 

1. Wait for Sew Imperative to receive the item and we will reship it once received. If we never receive the item we will handle the USPS. 

2. Pay for shipping of a replacement item. 

**Check with your local Post Office, package may be sitting there**.

My products arrived damaged. What should I do? 

OH NO!!!!!! Well, we did not send it damaged. Contact us immediately and send us a picture of the damages. We will replace the item once damages are accessed. If damages are caused by the customer please note we cannot replace the item. 

My mail was stolen? OMG! Now, this is horrible. 

1. File a police report on stolen mail and a claim with your local USPS. Send us the information and well handle the rest. 

Please note all claims must be handled within 3-5 business days of the delivery confirmation. Customers must check your mail as anything can happen to sitting mail. If we can quickly take care of this we will be able to locate the package before it disappears. 

We pray non of these things happen as we pay USPS service to deliver your purchase in a timely and safe manner. 

What shipping options does Sew Imperative have? 

We have First Class Mail which has tracking and is cheaper. We also have Priority Mail which has tracking and $50 Insurance for a few dollars more. We highly encourage Priority Mail shipping.

My mask does not fit. Can I return it?

No. All sales are final. 

 

Everyone's face is different. Masks are made by a standard template. You can choose from male, female, unisex, or kid-size. However, if you know that your face is petite or fuller please indicate this in your notes at the time of purchase. You can leave your contact info if you want to send me pictures so I can make the mask custom. I would love to accommodate you.
